Mallorca

The beautiful island of Mallorca, the largest of the Balearic Islands, boasts an average of 300 days of sunshine each year. This, combined with its many lovely beaches with fine golden sand and clear blue seas means that Mallorca is always a favourite destination. It is a particular favourite with golfers and sailors, with a choice of several superb golf courses and first class marinas.

The capital, Palma, is a lively sophisticated city with a wonderful cathedral dominating the town and a large marina. The island has strong cultural roots, with a history dating back to Roman and Arab civilisations.

Apart from its beautiful coastline, Mallorca also has a fascinating interior with vast underground caves, isolated hilltop monasteries and castles, marshes full of wildlife and some truly stunning mountains. The main mountain range on the island of Mallorca is the Serra de Tramuntana, which stretches the entire length of the north coast.

Canary Islands

The Canary Islands have always had a strong appeal for the British market because of the superb climate throughout the year. IPI Limited can offer NEW and RE-SALE properties on the islands of TENERIFE and LANZAROTE and new property on FUERTEVENTURA.

TENERIFE is an island of contrasts, dominated by the highest mountain in Spain, Mount Teide. The north of the island is lush and green because it has more rainfall than the drier south, which benefits from superb temperatures in the winter months. The whole island has a stunning but varied coastline and the island also benefits from a very strong cultural history. There are several golf courses but the most famous is the championship course at Golf del Sur in the south.

LANZAROTE is a fascinating island, dominated by its "live" volcano" which has not erupted for many years but the restaurant at the top of the volcano still cooks on the heat from the volcano! The lava has created a vast lunascape in the centre of the island. Some of the beaches have the darker volcanic sand but there are also some lovely golden beaches. Costa Teguise has a superb golf course, situated close to the sea. Like Tenerife, the island benefits from a wonderful year round climate.

FUERTEVENTURA is the second largest island after Tenerife and the closest to the African Coast. Whilst much of the land is stone and rock, it has some of the best sandy beaches in Europe - 150 in total!.
